This last meet up we were super excited to host Karen Kemerling, P.h.D. and learn more about Psychological Safety.
She walked us through what Psychological Safety is, why it is important for companies, and what the stage of it are for teams.
Overall the presentation had great engagement and my favorite quotable from it was “No one comes up with a good idea when being chased by a tiger.”
