To kick off the New Year, James Lang facilitated a great session hosted at PetIQ in Eagle.
After a short introduction, James got everyone up and participating using Liberating Structure’s 25/10 Crowd Sourcing.
We had shared ideas of things we wanted to change in our organizations and shared the first step. After several rounds of voting and discussion, we chose those with most votes as the which ideas had the most viability and feasibility to succeed.
